Self Study Courses - Upon payment, the course will be delivered via email, US Postal mail, or overnight delivery. If you would like the package delivered overnight to your location, please contact us with an overnight account number. Inclement Weather Policy - If you are attending a Marriottsville class and Howard County Schools are closed, the class will be rescheduled. If the school system delays opening, the class shall follow the same delay schedule (i.e. a one hour delay for Howard County means a 9:00 am class will start at 10:00 am.) Refund Policy - A full refund will be issued, less a $10.00 administrative fee per class, if you cancel by fax prior to 15 days before the start of class. A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel within 15 days before the start of the class. No refund will be issued if you cancel within 48 hours of the start of class. Any applicable refund will be mailed within 30 days from the completion of the class. |
